What makes me excel at what I do is captured in a simple yet powerful Japanese concept called Ikigai.

That is exactly what I do for a living. Training and coaching are inherently both centered around paradigm shifting - transforming people's mindsets to help them evolve as remarkable self-leaders, people leaders, and business leaders.
